The BA was again contracted to design and implement a client-specific, company-wide 360° feedback system.

360° is an essential tool to provide leaders with constructive feedback on individual performance at work. It is one strong mean (amongst others) of developing professional and managerial competencies.

Within the scope of this client engagement, approx. 150 leaders will receive feedback on a regular basis with the objective to improve leadership behavior and performance.
